  1. Cronograma das Atividades do Workshop - Confira aqui

  2. Seleção de Participantes - Serão selecionadas até 100 pessoas para participar por videoconferência do Zoom do Workshop (Participantes e Debatedores). O Preenchimento desse Formulário não garante a participação como Participante e/ou Debatedor (veja abaixo). Todas as pessoas inscritas que não forem selecionadas estarão automaticamente inscritas como Ouvintes, e receberão os links para assistir no Youtube - (veja abaixo)

  3. Certificados - Serão emitidos para Participantes e Debatedores/as que tiverem participação de no mínimo 75% das atividades (10 de 13), registrada através do preenchimento de formulários de presença disponibilizados ao final de cada atividade. Certifique-se que o preenchimento de seus dados pessoais foi feito de forma correta, idênticos aos fornecidos no ato da inscrição.

  4. LIBRAS - As salas do Zoom do Workshop contarão com janela de LIBRAS. Caso necessite de LIBRAS, por favor, se inscreva como “Participante (Zoom)”.

  5. Tradução Simultânea - As salas do Zoom do Workshop contarão com tradução simultânea entre as línguas Portuguesa e Inglesa. Estará disponível na opção “Participante (Zoom)”.

  6. Formas de Participação:

    1. Participante (Zoom) - Você receberá links para ouvir e interagir pelo chat de videoconferências do Zoom das Conferências, Mesas-Redondas, com tradução simultânea e com janela de LIBRAS, mas sem oportunidade de abrir o microfone para fala. Você também receberá links para ouvir e interagir pelo chat nas videoconferências do Zoom das Discussões fechadas do Workshop, estas sem tradução simultânea e sem janela de LIBRAS. Caso cumpra os pré-requisitos para receber um certificado, você o receberá no mesmo e-mail usado na inscrição do evento.

    2. Debatedor/a (Zoom) - Mesmas características do “Participante”, com a diferença de que nas videoconferências do Zoom, especificamente nas Discussões fechadas do Workshop, você terá a oportunidade de falar e será esperada sua contribuição ao debate.

    3. Ouvinte (Youtube) - Você receberá links para assistir às Conferências e Mesas-Redondas, sem tradução simultânea e sem janela de LIBRAS. Caso necessite de LIBRAS, por favor, se inscreva como “Participante (Zoom)”. Caso cumpra os pré-requisitos para receber um certificado, você o receberá no mesmo e-mail usado na inscrição do evento.

  7. Dados errados na Inscrição - Caso tenha errado algum de seus dados na inscrição e queira corrigir, faça a inscrição novamente. Será considerado o último preenchimento como a inscrição válida.

  8. Cancelamento de Inscrição - Envie uma mensagem solicitando o cancelamento para workshop.pontoporia@gmail.com informando seu Nome Completo e CPF.

Important Information / Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Workshop Schedule - Check here

  2. Participants Selection - Up to 100 people will be selected to participate in the Workshop by Zoom video conference (Participants and Debaters), by evaluating the fields filled in the form, including the Reason for participation (up to 255 characters). Completing this Form does not guarantee participation as a Participant and/or Debater (see below). All subscribed people who are not selected will automatically be subscribed as Listeners, and will receive links to watch on Youtube - (see below)

  3. Certificates - They will be issued to Participants and Debaters who have participated in at least 75% of the activities (10 out of 13), registered by filling in attendance forms made available at the end of each activity. Make sure that your personal data has been filled in correctly, identical to those provided at the time of registration.

  4. LIBRAS is the Brazilian Sign Language used by deaf communities of Brazil. - The Workshop Zoom rooms will have a LIBRAS window. If you need LIBRAS, please sign up as “Participant (Zoom)”.

  5. Simultaneous Translation - The Workshop Zoom rooms will have simultaneous translation between Portuguese and English. It will be available in the “Participant (Zoom)” option.

  6. Forms of Participation:

    1. Participant (Zoom) - You will receive links to listen and interact through the Zoom videoconference chat during the Conferences, Roundtables, with simultaneous translation, but without the opportunity to open the microphone for speech. You will also receive links to listen and interact via Zoom chat in the Workshop's Closed Discussions, these without simultaneous translation. If you meet the prerequisites to receive a certificate, you will receive it in the same email used to register the event..

    2. Debater (Zoom) - Same characteristics as the “Participant”, with the difference that in the Zoom Videoconferences of the Workshop's Closed Discussions, you will have the opportunity to speak and your contribution to the debate will be expected.

    3. Listener (Youtube) - You will receive links to attend the Conferences and Roundtables, without simultaneous translation. If you need LIBRAS, please sign up as “Participant (Zoom)”. If you meet the prerequisites to receive a certificate, you will receive it in the same email used to register the event...

  7. Wrong data in the application - If you have wrong any of your data in the application and you want to correct it, please re-enroll. The last filling will be considered as the valid application.

  8. Registration Cancellation - Send a message requesting cancellation to workshop.pontoporia@gmail.com informing your Full Name.
